1. The Promoter of this competition is Pharmacare Limited T/A Aspen Pharmacare (“Promoter”).
2. This competition is open to all Aspen Pharmacare staff, paid by the Woodmead payroll, living in South Africa, 18 years and older.
3. Employees’ immediate families, their spouses, life partners, business partners and advertising and promotional agencies may not enter the competition.
4. Only one entry is allowed on the MYBULEN page on One Aspen Online during any one session, however, entrants can submit as many names as they wish in new sessions.
5. To enter, participants need to follow the link provided in the mailers which will be sent out during the promotional period. A link on each mailer will direct participants to a MYBULEN promotional page on One Aspen Online, where they can watch a short video to find out more, as well as interact with the page in order to enter by adding their Aspen email address, their name, and then their idea of a name for the MYBULEN tablet character in the respective fields provided. Entries will be recorded and evaluated by the MYBULEN marketing team.
6. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
7. The competition starts on Monday, 12^th November 2018 and ends on Friday, November 30^th No late entries will be considered.
8. The 10 shortlisted names selected by the Marketing team will be announced on Tuesday 4^th December, via an email directing entrants to the MYBULEN page on One Aspen Online. Here entrants will be able to vote for their favourite MYBULEN character name.
9. The winning name will be announced on Monday, 10^th December, via an emailer which will direct staff to the MYBULEN page on One Aspen Online to view the winning name, as well as the staff member who submitted it.
10. The staff member that submitted the winning name will win R5000 which will be paid with their December salary and taxed in accordance with SARS Regulations as stipulated in the Gifts & Promotional Items SOP.  The staff member’s salary will therefore be adjusted for the month of December to accommodate the tax on the prize received, so they clear R5000 in addition to their salary.
11. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance to comply with the competition rules, terms and conditions. An independent accountant, auditor or attorney will oversee the competition and validate the results on behalf of the promoter.
13. The Promoter is not liable for any failure of any technical element relating to this promotional competition that may result in any entry being unsuccessfully submitted.
14. By entering into this competition each participant authorises the Promoter and the organisers of the competition to collect, store and process personal information for the purposes of performing this competition.
